She held various positions in systems engineering sales and marketing for direct and channel sales. Switching careers, Karen started a highly successful The UPS Store franchise, and earned membership in The UPS Store Bronze and Silver Clubs each business year for exceeding revenue thresholds. She was awarded Silicon Valley SCORE Client of the Year in 2007. Karen sold her business after 6 years, and works at her husband’s small business, Metro Mobile Communications. She’s the office manager and handles all aspects of back office operations. Karen received her Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems, School of Business, San Francisco State University.
