There’s good news and bad news about motivating your workforce and your customers. You can’t really motivate another human being, but you can create the right conditions and environment for them to “self-motivate." Motivation is an internal force, not an external one. Learn the methods to help you connect with that force and get your employees and customers to want to do what you need them to do.
