How I Can Help You

Mel has spent 35 years helping people buy and sell businesses. He has done independent market valuations of all types of small businesses in order that business owners have a solid basis for estimating their businesses worth. Mel has been involved in transactions for such diverse businesses as food service, small manufacturing, professional practices, retail stores, and service businesses. Many of the transactions he brokered were franchises. By advising his buying clients as to what to look for in a business, what to be wary of, and how to read and analyze financial statements he helped them make better decisions. Additionally, he advises his selling clients how make their business ready for sale by making it most attractive to buyers. He works with his clients to develop business plans, and obtain SBA loans.

With the experience of hundreds of business transactions he has become familiar with leases of all types and can help guide clients to understand a lease.

If you are thinking of buying or selling or just want to know what your business is worth, you need to set an appointment with Mel
