Wendy has 35 years of business experience. For 26 of those years, she was owner and CEO of a direct mail and e-commerce company working with government and civilian agencies; schools; military, civic and religious organizations; and individuals around the world. She can show you how to listen — really listen — to your customers needs, involve them in the creative process, and get them excited so they sell your products/services! She has authored four books, two of which were about women in home-based businesses in the 1980s. They drew national media attention as the first to recognize such entities as businesses, not cottage industries. Wendy has lectured extensively on creating and growing a business, marketing and sales, and work/life balance issues.
Wendy earned her BS degree at Syracuse University, then started her career as a broadcast journalist in New York and Japan.
